- Prior information request We analyze planning feasibility and building capacity, prepare your PIP with documents signed by our architects, file it with the city council and follow the process through to the decision.
- Building legalization Find out what is authorized, what was built and whether there is a way to regularize extensions, annexes or alterations.
- Change of use Confirm whether a shop, office, warehouse or home can take on the new use, and which works or procedure will be needed.
- Alojamento local Confirm whether the property and its location allow alojamento local, Portugal's short-term rental regime, and prepare the registration, insurance and documents required for the chosen type.
- Rent updates for old leases Identify the contract's legal regime, calculate the amount that can be notified and prepare the deadlines, documents and replies for the procedure.
- Business premises licensing Confirm whether the space can support the operation, the works and the technical requirements before you sign the lease or notify the opening.
- Tourist developments and hostels Decide whether the project should be alojamento local or a tourist development (empreendimento turístico) before you settle the program, the capacity and the building design.
